Hi Drawmedy, It’s great that you’re here, and your post has drawn interest and praise. I’d like to use it when I am talking with young teachers! Sarah Miller is a young principal of Phoenix Charter Academy, a school in Chelsea Massachusetts that serves overage and undercredited youth, many of whom are young parents and “untraditional” students in some other way. Check out the link above. Many of the teachers there are in their first five years, and have been moved by your words and reflections.
